Cutting of tissues and wadding is made with a latest generation cutting table that uses cutting-edge technologies to guarantee speed and extreme precision.
The shaped foam, after a random sample check, are in-house assembled by our specialists with the use of spray adhesives, and then coated with the linings in wadding. The wooden/iron drums are coated with foam and with linings in wadding.
When machining process is completed, the finished products are re-checked and then moved to packaging.
Products ready for shipment are packed with high density polyethylene and labeled with product information.
Products are delivered on time using our own vehicles or, in case of international shipping, through selected carriers.
